Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp crushed fennel seeds
Preparations :
1. Heat the milk and fennel seeds in top of double boiler for 30 minutes.
2. Turn off the heat and let the mixture steep for 2 hours.
3. Strain, cool, pour into bottle and refrigerate.
4. Keeps for 2 weeks.
